Returns & Exchanges I want you to be happy with your print. If it arrives damaged or there is an issue, please get in touch within 14 days so I can sort it out. I don't offer returns for "change of mind", but if we do agree on a return, the buyer is responsible for the return postage costs.
Care & Packaging These are professional Giclée prints, so the colours won't fade. To keep them in top condition, keep them out of direct sunlight and away from damp. I post all prints in stiff, hard-backed envelopes to make sure they arrive flat and in one piece.
Shipping I post all orders via Royal Mail. Please note that I am currently only shipping within the UK and am not posting to the EU at the moment.
