  • Expertise in Dementia Care: I am experienced and passionate about delivering gentle, person-centred art sessions for the elderly and those living with dementia.

With extensive experience working with people living with dementia, my approach is always calm, inclusive, and focused on the joy of the creative process. My creative sessions are designed to help you find that quiet space where the noise of the world fades away and you can enter the 'creative zone'.

This is where we find our creative flow – a powerful form of meditation in action.

The simple, repetitive act of making a mark on a page or mixing a colour calms the nervous system and anchors us firmly in the present moment.

It’s not about creating a masterpiece, but about giving our minds a much-needed rest and allowing ourselves the space to simply be.
